When we opened Lucky Robot Restaurant in Austin, our goal was simple—to share a new way of enjoying Japanese food by blending it with the exciting flavors of Latin America. We were inspired by Nikkei cuisine, which brings together Japanese precision and Peruvian spice in one creative style.
A Mission of Sustainability
From the start, we wanted Lucky Robot to be more than just a sushi spot. We became the first sustainable sushi restaurant in Texas, guided by our mission to cook responsibly. The James Beard Foundation’s Smart Catch Program recognized our efforts to protect marine life, and we continue to partner with local farms that follow sustainable and regenerative ranching.
